I believe in healthy relationships, helping you feel like yourself again and that you ARE enough

Meet Jessica

I discovered my passion for this work in my early twenties, and what drew me in was simple: the power of truly being supported. I've seen it in my own life and in the lives of those I care about—how much it matters to have someone walk alongside you during the hard parts.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with adults and adolescents dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, and patterns that no longer serve them. I use evidence-based approaches like EMDR, CBT, DBT, and IFS—but I tailor everything to fit you.

What I find most rewarding is witnessing those moments of insight and relief—when clients begin to understand themselves with more compassion and step into their own power. I offer steady support and a healthy, trusting connection as you move through difficult experiences and create meaningful change.

I'm warm, direct, and collaborative. Therapy with me isn't about having all the answers—it's about showing up as you are.

What it’s like working with Jessica

A Safe Space to Show Up Honestly

You don't need to have it all figured out or say the "right" thing. Therapy works best when you can be yourself—messy, uncertain, and human.

Compassionate and Direct

I genuinely care about your growth, and I won't just nod along. I'll challenge you when it's helpful and push you to see your own strength, all while respecting your pace and autonomy.

Collaborative, Not Prescriptive

This is your journey, and you're the expert on your own life. We'll work together to figure out what you need, what's working, and where to go next.

IFS helps you understand the different parts of yourself—the inner critic, the protector, the wounded part—and how they interact. By building compassion for these parts, you can heal old wounds and move through life with more balance and self-trust.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT focuses on accepting what's outside your control while committing to actions aligned with your values. Instead of trying to eliminate discomfort, we work on building psychological flexibility so you can move toward what matters, even when it's hard.

Practice in Action

Every person is different, and so is every therapy journey. We'll work together to find what resonates with you and what actually helps you feel better and move forward.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT helps you identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that keep you stuck in cycles of anxiety, depression, or self-doubt. We'll work together to understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and build practical skills to create real change in your daily life.

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

CPT is designed specifically for trauma and PTSD. It helps you process difficult experiences and challenge beliefs that may be holding you back—like feeling responsible for something that wasn't your fault, or that the world is entirely unsafe. This approach creates space to move forward without being defined by what happened.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is a powerful approach for processing trauma and distressing memories. It helps your brain reprocess stuck experiences so they lose their emotional charge and no longer control how you feel in the present. Many people find relief without having to talk through every detail of what happened.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

DBT teaches concrete skills for managing intense emotions, navigating relationships, and tolerating distress without turning to unhelpful coping patterns. It's especially useful if you feel overwhelmed by your emotions or struggle with impulsivity, self-harm, or relationship conflict.
